Chris Toliver is a native Texan and graduate of Midwestern State University. He has been in the security industry since 1990. Prior to his involvement with ACT Security Group, he was employed with two large national companies and during this time held positions as Division Vice President, Operations Manager, Account Manager, and Officer throughout Texas’ largest markets.
